Shipping Info

 

My shop is based in Oslo, Norway.

 

Norway Orders:

I can ship using Posten or Helt Hjem. Orders can also be picked up free of charge in Oslo (Tøyen or Grünerløkka).

Shipping costs: 80 NOK per item (pottery) / 20 NOK per item (jewelry)

Processing time: 1-3 days. Shipping time: 1-7 days.

 

U.S. Orders:

Shipping pottery from Norway is unreasonably expensive... BUT: I visit the U.S. a couple times a year and can bring small quantities of my work with me on the plane. For pottery, shipping fees are $10 per item to cover a small portion of the bag fee plus $5 to offset regular shipping through USPS. (Pickup orders only pay the bag fee.)

Next shipping date from the U.S. will likely be in December 2022.

 

Other International Orders:

These are currently on a case-by-case basis. I will do my best to find the most cost-effective shipping method. Customer is responsible for any customs/import taxes.

***For orders of multiple items: Depending on a variety of factors, sometimes I'm able to ship multiple items together more cheaply. When that's the case I will pass those savings on to you. The discounted shipping costs will show on the invoice I send you with your payment link.

Pottery Care

 

All pottery is dishwasher and microwave safe, unless otherwise noted. However hand-washing is recommended for more gentle care.
